Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display Reports

On the Reports Management screen, select an option from the View by Report Type drop-down list.

Select an option to display reports according to the module with which they are associated. Thisis especially useful for users who manage large numbers of reports.

  • My Reports: This displays all the reports that you have created.
  • My Drafts: This displays the reports that you have saved in Draft mode. This option will show only if there are Drafts pending.
  • Shared Reports: This displays the reports that have been created by other users and shared with you.
  • Standard Reports: This lists all default reports.
  • Favorite Reports: This lists all reports marked as Favorite.
  • All: This display all reports, regardless of type.
